When you use Ali AI, we collect:

• Conversation data: The messages you exchange with Ali AI during your session
• Skill Stack Profile: The structured career profile generated from your conversation
• Session data: Technical information about your session (timestamps, session status)

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver the Ali AI coaching experience
• Save your session so you can resume later
• Generate and email your Skill Stack Profile
• Provide your profile to subsequent course modules (LinkedIn optimization, career matching)
• Send your coach a copy of your completed profile to support your development

How We Process Your Conversations

Your conversations with Ali AI are processed using Anthropic's Claude AI. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic does not use API conversations to train their models. Your conversation data is stored in our secure database for session persistence and profile generation.

Who Has Access to Your Data

• Your coach (Brian Hill): Receives a copy of your completed Skill Stack Profile to support your coaching journey
• Anthropic: Processes your messages via their Claude API (they do not use API data for training)
• Resend: Delivers emails containing your profile
• Supabase: Hosts our database where your session data is stored

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

Data Security

Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Data Retention

We retain your conversation data and Skill Stack Profile for the duration of your enrollment in the Your Second Act program. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdrawal: Withdraw your consent at any time

For EU/EEA residents: These rights are guaranteed under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process your data based on your explicit consent, which you provide when starting a session.
